Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream
This recipe is much faster and easier than more traditional means of ice cream making. It also yields a smoother and creamier product because it freezes so quickly.

Materials

  • Ingredients for ice cream - any recipe will do.
  • 3-5 Liters of Liquid Nitrogen.
  • Mixing Bowl.
  • Wooden Spoon.

Methods

  1. Mix ingredients together in the bowl.
  2. Add the liquid nitrogen little by little while mixing thoroughly.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
