This one is always a hit.
Materials

I like everything in my salad... including
lettuce. |
- 3 lemons, squeezed
- 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon dried basil
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant clear jell (optional, but thickens it)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Methods
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl or dish and mix (this is important so you don't
get clumps of the instant clear jell). I grind them in a mortar and pestle.
- I also rub the herbs between my hands to bring out the flavor.
- Use a garlic press to crush the garlic cloves into the lemon juice
- Add dry ingredients and mix immediately and thoroughly
- Add olive oil mix again
